What is included with race registration?

• →Long and Short Course participants receive a gender-specific tech t-shirt (size exchanges may be available on race day based on remaining stock).
• →Kids K participants receive a race bib.

What are the course details and aid station information?

The courses consist of trails through Mendon Ponds Park. Please note that exact routes are set on race day and vary annually based on trail conditions. For reference, previous routes can be viewed on Strava ↗ and Strava ↗.

• →Long Course: One basic aid station is located near the 5–6 mile mark. Runners are required to carry their own hydration and nutrition for the remainder of the course.
• →Short Course: There is no aid station provided for this distance; runners must carry all necessary supplies.

When and where can I pick up my race packet?

• →Saturday, May 2, 2026: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM at Medved Running & Walking Outfitters, 3400 Monroe Avenue (preferred method).
• →Sunday, May 3, 2026: Starting at 7:00 AM at the race venue.

What is the schedule for post-race activities?

• →Post-Race BBQ: Food including BBQ chicken and potatoes will be ready around 11:00 AM. Participants are encouraged to bring their own lawn chairs or blankets.
• →Awards Ceremony: Scheduled to begin at approximately 11:30 AM.

What are the policies regarding registration changes and refunds?

• →Distance switches between the Short and Long courses are permitted, but must be completed before race day.
• →Deferrals to the following year are accepted.
• →The deadline for all deferral or transfer requests is May 1, 2025, at 11:59 PM.
• →There are no bib transfers allowed to other runners.
• →There are no refunds provided.
• →There is no day-of registration available.

Are pets allowed at the event?

• →Dogs are not permitted on the race course due to park policy and insurance requirements.
