Registration includes a campsite for Friday and Saturday at the Start/Finish area, fully stocked aid stations with water and Hyperlyte Liquid Performance, and a custom race tee for all runners registered by March 15. The Start/Finish area aid station has crew and campsite access.

What is the course layout and elevation profile?

The course consists of 4 x 25K (15.5 mile) loops incorporating Rush Run and Arbuckle Creek drainages. Each loop features approximately 2,400 feet of elevation gain and loss, sections shared with the Rim to River 100 and Cabin Fever 50K, and new trail sections. The course runs alongside multiple waterfalls, along the banks of the New River, and includes technical rock-hopping at Arbuckle Creek crossing. What are the aid station locations and supplies?

Aid stations with water and Hyperlyte Liquid Performance are located at the 5-mile and 10-mile marks of each loop. Runners must carry their own food and fuel between these points. A fully stocked aid station is available at the Start/Finish area.

What are the cutoff times for each distance?

  • Solo 100K — 24-hour cutoff
  • Solo 50K — 12-hour cutoff
  • Relay teams must complete all loops within the 24-hour cutoff for the 100K distance

What is the refund and deferral policy?

100% refunds are available until February 1. Deferrals and partial refunds after that date are handled on a case-by-case basis.

What is the Kids Run schedule?

A free Kids Run (~1 mile) takes place on Saturday, April 25 at 2:30 PM at the Mountain Top Campground at ACE Adventure Resort. The run is open to all ages with no adult race registration required. Finishers receive ribbons, food, and fun.

How does the event support the community?

Race proceeds support Adventure Appalachia, a non-profit expanding outdoor access for youth and adults in the New River Gorge region.
