What is the course layout?

The Half Marathon, 10K, and 5K courses consist of out-and-back routes along the Zumbro River, utilizing scenic paved multi-use trails that offer views of the downtown Rochester area.

Who is eligible for awards?

Age group awards are presented to male, female, and non-binary participants in the Half Marathon, 10K, and 5K categories. The age divisions are:
