2026 Folsom Lake Trail Run
The 2026 Folsom Lake Trail Run is scheduled for Saturday, May 2, 2026, at Folsom Point State Park in Folsom, California. Participants will navigate lakeside trails along the southern side of Folsom Lake, following an out-and-back course that utilizes the Dike 8 connection to link Folsom Point to the Browns Ravine trail. Can you describe the course layout?
The course is an out-and-back trail route starting at the Folsom Point State Park picnic area. Runners will cross Dike 8 and head east along the lakeside trails, passing through Browns Marina, Falcon Crest, and Salmon Falls before returning to the start/finish line.
