→Pacers (Solo Racers Only): Allowed starting at mile 22 (from aid stations onward). No fee, but pacers must sign waiver and complete questionnaire. Notify race staff in advance with pacer details.
→Relay Teams: No pacers permitted. One active runner at a time; active runner must check in/out at all aid stations and report status of all team members.
