What is the format of the event?

The Superheroes Run is a community-focused road running event held in a fun run format. It is designed as a small, private group run with limited slots per wave to maintain a relaxed and supportive atmosphere. Please note that this is not a competitive race setup; there is no official course infrastructure or timing chips provided. It is ideal for beginners or casual runners, but it is not recommended for those seeking a certified course or a personal best (PB).

What distances are available?

• →1 Mile Family Fun Run
• →5K
• →10K
• →Half Marathon (13.1 miles)
• →Virtual Run option (can be completed anywhere)

What is the event schedule and wave timing?

The run is organized into waves to manage group sizes:

• →Wave A: 7:30 AM
• →Wave B: 8:00 AM
• →Wave C: 8:30 AM

Late arrivals are permitted, as coordinators remain on-site for up to 3 hours after the first wave begins.

Where can I find the course map and route details?

Final details regarding the course and specific maps are sent directly to participants via email on the Wednesday before race day.

How is timing handled for the run?

There is no official timing system in place. Participants are responsible for tracking their own time using mobile running apps or by requesting assistance from a coordinator. Timing is entirely optional and self-reported.
