What is the course layout like?

The event is a road race held entirely on a paved bike path. The course follows an out-and-back route that travels through scenic wooded areas and provides views of the lake.

Where are the water stops and bathrooms located?

• →Water stops (Half Marathon): Located at 1.55 miles (the 5K turnaround), 6.55 miles (the half turnaround), and 11.55 miles (the second 5K turnaround).
• →Bathrooms: Available at the start/finish line and near mile 5.

What is included with registration?

• →Chip timing for all runners
• →Finisher medals (available for Half Marathon participants)
• →Event shirts (if preregistered by May 21, 2026, runners receive 2026 shirts plus past years' shirts with no dates printed; those registering after this date receive beanies)

Are there awards or prize money available?

• →Finisher medals for half marathoners
• →Unique awards for various categories
• →Prize money for the top overall Male and Female half marathon finishers

Is there a limit on the number of participants?

• →In-person attendance is limited to 350 runners.

What is the purpose of this event?
