What is the schedule for the event?

• →50K race starts at 7:00 AM
• →12M race starts at 8:30 AM
• →50K race has a time limit of 8 hours
• →12M race has a time limit of 3.5 hours

What aid stations will be available during the race?

• →Aid stations are spaced approximately every 3–4 miles
• →Stocked with water, electrolyte drink, energy gels, snacks, and basic first aid
• →50K aid stations also include fruit, pretzels, trail mix, candy, oranges, and bananas

What is included in the race registration?

• →50K runners receive a drop bag available at the turnaround and again at the finish
• →12M runners may leave a bag at a designated area at the finish line
• →Restrooms and porta-jons are available at the start/finish and at the 50K turnaround
• →Plentiful food and refreshments at the finish line

What are the race rules?

• →No dogs on course
• →No unregistered pacers
• →No headphones
• →No jog strollers
• →No littering

What should runners be aware of regarding weather conditions?

• →On hot days, runners are strongly encouraged to carry their own fluids
• →The event will take place regardless of weather, and participants should be prepared for changing conditions

What is the course like?

• →The course follows the Mountains-to-Sea Trail, running on beautiful single-track trail
• →Expect roots, rocks, quick turns, logs, woodland critters, and possible water crossings
• →The 12M is closer to 13 miles
• →Both the 12M and 50K courses have been updated for 2026 due to construction at Blue Jay Point County Park
