• →The Half Marathon begins in Travelers Rest, covering the first 3 miles on local surface streets before joining the Prisma Health Swamp Rabbit Trail for the remaining 10 miles of net downhill running toward downtown Greenville.
• →The 5K route follows the Swamp Rabbit Trail, starting near the Swamp Rabbit Cafe.

What are the course surfaces and amenities?

• →Both races are road events held on paved surfaces.
• →Aid stations are located every 2 miles along the half marathon route.

• →5K: 1 hour and 30 minutes
• →Half Marathon: 4 hours
