The course features a looped trail system starting near the visitor centre by McNab’s Beach. Runners will encounter a "friendly but honest" profile consisting of:

• →Historic landmarks, including the island lighthouse and Fort McNabs stone walls
• →Forested trails with typical island terrain, including dirt paths, roots, and some uneven footing
