• →5K: One lap of the 5K route (Strava ↗)

• →Half marathon: Two 5-mile laps plus one 5K lap

What are the rules for the beach path course?

The event utilizes out-and-back routes on the open beach path. To ensure safety and flow, runners must stay to the right to allow space for pedestrians, while the left side is reserved for cyclists.

What amenities and support are provided for runners?

• →Finish line aid including electrolytes, gels, and fruit
• →First aid and CPR-trained staff on site
• →Course marking via chalk and flags
• →Gear check available at the event tent

What is included with registration and what awards are given?

Are there options for an earlier start time?

An early 6:30 AM start is available for the longer distances. Please note that those opting for the early start will not be eligible for awards.
