What is the format of the 2026 Wild Goose Chase Lime Ridge?

The event features a Map Adventure Course, which is not a standard point-to-point trail run. Participants will be provided with a custom map (1:7500 scale) at check-in and must navigate to between 8 to 15 checkpoints. At each checkpoint, runners will need to locate an orange and white bag and tap their timing chip on the blue unit inside. The course is not marked, and runners can choose their own route between checkpoints, allowing for varied strategies and paths.
