The course is well-marked with color-coded signage for each distance, and aid stations with bottled water are available beginning at mile 3.

Walkers are permitted in the 10K and 10 Miler only, and must finish before the course closure at 3:00 PM CST. Strollers, bicycles, rollerblades, and skateboards are prohibited. The event is dog-friendly, with well-trained running partners welcome on course.

Indoor restrooms are available just outside the lodge entrance at Warren Riverview Park. Packet pickup begins at 11:00 AM at the outdoor pavilion. Spectators can watch from the lodge balcony or nearby Arkansas River Bridge.
