What are the rules for rucking?

• →Weight Requirement: Minimum of 25 lbs for all ruck participants
• →Equipment: Weighted vests are not permitted
• →Verification: Weigh-in will occur at packet pickup

What facilities are available on site?

• →Heated bathrooms and showers (subject to park winterization)
• →Bonfire area for warmups
• →Hot soup and mashed potatoes served all day at the main aid station
