This event, which began as a “Fat Ass” run in 2013 and became an official race in 2017 before moving to its current scenic location in 2021, is expected to attract participants across all distances, with a total runner capacity of 250. With a focus on community and the natural beauty of Staunton State Park, the Sawmill Trail Runs continue to be a highlight of the trail running calendar.
