How does the course layout work?

The race takes place on an indoor loop of approximately 375 meters around Tipshallen football pitch and sprint hall. The direction changes every 6 hours to provide variety during the races. Official timing is provided for all marathon, 100 km, 100 miles, 6-hour, and 12-hour events using chip timing with wristbands, with lap times displayed on TV screens throughout the venue.

Separate men's and women's categories are offered for all race distances and formats.

What refreshments and meals are provided?

Drinks and light food are available throughout the event. Hot and cold meals are served every 6 hours to support participants during their races.

The top 3 male and female finishers in each event receive honorary prizes. All race completers are awarded medals. Additional prizes are raffled during the awards ceremony.

What are the key rules and restrictions?

Pacers are not permitted in any race. All participants must wear their number plate visibly at all times. Outdoor shoes are not allowed indoors. Friendly football games may take place during the event, though these will have no audience and will not interfere with racing activities.

Special spots are reserved for elite runners and event organizers. General registration is available for all other participants through the standard registration process, with spots allocated based on availability and registration timing.

Additional bibs may be released in October or November if spots become available.
