What is the Ruck Division and what are its requirements?

Participants in the Ruck Division must carry a weighted pack: minimum 10 lbs for women or 20 lbs for men. This division is available for both the 10 K and the Half Marathon.

What apparel is provided to participants and how can they claim it?
