• →Items included: All participants must collect their bibs (including timing chips) and T-shirts at the EXPO.
• →Relay Teams: Only one team member (captain or designate) needs to attend to collect all team bibs, T-shirts, and the ankle bracelet.
• →Kids Race: Registration for the 1km race also takes place at the EXPO (note: no T-shirt is provided for the kids' race).

What are the key race rules and equipment restrictions?

• →Bibs: Must be worn on the front, outside all clothing, by the registered participant only; no alterations or transfers are permitted.
• →Marathon Relay: Uses a transferable ankle bracelet chip that must be returned after the race.
• →Prohibited Items: Pets, skateboards, bicycles, rollerblades, and motorized chairs are not allowed.
• →Allowed Equipment: Baby joggers/strollers are permitted but must start at the rear of the pack.
• →Wheelchairs: Only non-motorized wheelchairs are allowed, and they are restricted to the 5km event only and must start at the rear.
