• →Half marathon: 8:00 am (AEST) with a 3-hour cut-off time
• →10 km and 5 km runs: Both start at 8:13 am
• →All runners will receive a briefing at the start line before the starting gun

What type of terrain should runners prepare for?

The course is a trail/mixed-terrain circuit located off-road around Albert Park Lake. The paths are primarily smooth, flat gravel and dirt rather than bitumen. Because the surface is consistent and considered fast for trail-type paths, standard road shoes are sufficient, though trail shoes are recommended if weather conditions result in very wet or muddy tracks.
