How does the start wave seeding work?
The event uses a seeding system based on previous qualifying times.
→Runners may move to a later wave to run with friends without penalty.
→Moving to an earlier wave results in disqualification.
→Cooling: 10 cooling showers located along the route.
→Music: Approximately 50 music stations to maintain energy.
→Medical support: Located at every water station, plus additional points at Hisingsbron, Bältesspännarparken, Brunnsgatan, and the start/finish area. Defibrillators are available at the Information Center.

Cut-offs are calculated based on a 13:00 first-wave start. If you are in the final wave (16:15), a pace of approximately 7:30 min/km is required. The checkpoints are:

→18:10 — 15 km (Packhusplatsen)
→18:28 — 17 km (Götaplatsen)

If a runner cannot meet these times, they must leave the course; transportation back to the finish will be provided.
