The week-long itinerary is structured as follows:

  • Wednesday, Nov 11: Team reception and dinner at The Alila, Seminyak (check-in from 3pm)
  • Thursday, Nov 12: Impact Day featuring community visits to schools and families, followed by check-in at The Lovina Bali Resort
  • Friday, Nov 13: Team Day with rest, optional dolphin swimming, route reconnaissance, and a safety briefing
  • Saturday, Nov 14: Race Day starting from Lovina with a traditional Balinese pre-race blessing
  • Sunday, Nov 15: Finish Line ceremony at Munggu Beach, Seseh, followed by transport to The Alila
  • Monday, Nov 16: Closing Party with sunset drinks and dinner at a private villa
  • Tuesday, Nov 17: Event close and departure

Note: Early bird pricing is limited to the first 20 places. Returning runners receive a 7% discount on the early bird price.

  • Support provided: BCF provides each runner with a dedicated fundraising platform and personal support.

To accommodate different levels of experience, three separate staggered start times are available:

  • Newcomer start times
