What are the course characteristics and terrain?

The course consists of secondary rural roads that are mostly flat with some gentle rolling hills. While the route offers beautiful oceanfront views, runners should note that the roads are not fully closed and feature narrow shoulders and some blind crests. Volunteer support is provided along the route.

The start/finish area is located in the Sherose Island area of Barrington. Available amenities include:

• →Aid stations approximately every 3 km providing water and Gatorade
• →Post-race meal and awards starting at 11:00 AM
• →Shuttle service available from the finish back to the arena
