- →10K: 978 ft of elevation gain. Starts at Long Lake Outdoor Center, follows Hall Lake Trail and spur trails past Devil's Soup Bowl to the Mountain Bike Trail, turns left (clockwise) to McDonald Lake, and returns via North Country, Chief Noonday, Long Lake, and ski trails.
- →25K: 1,388 ft of elevation gain. Starts at the same location, turns right (counterclockwise) on the Mountain Bike Trail to McDonald Lake, then joins the North Country Trail back to the Outdoor Center.
- →50K: Consists of 2 laps of the 25K course.
- →100K: Consists of 4 laps of the 25K course.

What are the rules regarding pacers?
- →100K runners: Pacers are allowed on laps 3 and 4.

- →General pacer rules: Only one pacer is allowed at a time; pacers must check in and sign a waiver at the start/finish area, and they are not permitted to cross the finish line.
How are aid stations managed?
Aid stations are spaced approximately 2–4 miles apart.
