What is the race day schedule and start times?

• →Half Marathon: 6:45 AM (participants must line up by 6:30 AM)
• →10K: 7:00 AM (participants must line up by 6:45 AM)
• →5K: 7:15 AM (participants must line up by 7:00 AM)

Note: Wave-style starts are utilized to reduce course crowding and ensure runner safety.

What is included with race registration?

How are awards distributed?

• →Awards are presented for both age groups and overall winners.
• →Winners can utilize a self-serve pickup once the official results have been finalized.

When and where can I pick up my race packet?

• →June 3 (2–6 PM): Bike Mart, Richardson
• →June 4 (2–6 PM): Location TBD
• →June 6 (12–4 PM): Bear Creek Running Co., Keller
• →Race Day (Starting at 5:30 AM): Pickup is available at the venue, though cutoff times vary by distance.

Please note that a maximum of 5 packets can be picked up per person, and all participants must be pre-registered before packet pickup. No distance changes can be made on race day.

Is there a virtual participation option?

• →A virtual option is available for all race distances.
• →Participants can complete their run at any location.
• →Full race swag will be shipped to addresses within the continental United States after June 13.

What are the weather contingency plans?

• →To mitigate the Texas heat, races are scheduled for early morning.
• →In the event of inclement weather, organizers may implement up to a 1-hour delay.
• →Course modifications or event cancellation may occur if conditions are deemed unsafe for participants.
