What are the course cutoffs and aid station details?

• →Marathon Cutoff: 7 hours 15 minutes (16:30/mile pace). Runners must leave the Cold Spring Harbor Aid Station by 11:38 AM and pass the Trailview State Park Aid Station by 1:07 PM.
• →15 Miler Cutoff: 6 hours 45 minutes.
• →This is a cupless event; participants must bring their own hydration containers.
• →Aid station amenities include PBJ, bananas, gummy bears, trail mix, potato chips, pretzels, Coke, Ginger Ale, pickles, salt, gels, electrolyte hydration mix, water, and ice.

How is the course marked?

The Nassau/Suffolk Greenbelt is marked with white trail blazes. Additionally, the race uses survey flags, cones, arrows, and marking tape in prominent areas to guide runners.
