What is included in the race kit?

• →All categories receive a singlet, bib with timing chip, medal, towel, and a drawstring bag.
• →Participants in the 21KM and 42KM categories also receive a finisher’s shirt.

What are the age requirements for each distance?

• →42KM & 21KM: 18 years old and above
• →10KM: 16 years old and above
• →5KM: 13 years old and above (participants below 13 require guardian consent)

What are the course support and safety measures?

• →Hydration stations are located approximately every 2–2.5 km, providing water, sports drinks, and bananas for longer distances.
• →Medical stations are positioned along the route as well as at the start and finish lines.
• →Portalets are available on-site.
• →The course is fully measured, marked with barriers, cones, and route delineation.

What are the key race rules and regulations?

• →Runners must stay within the designated course boundaries; no rejoining is permitted if the course is exited.
• →Unofficial pacers or outside assistance are strictly prohibited.
• →A strict 15-minute start window rule is enforced; late arrivals will be disqualified.
• →Corrals will be enforced for organized starts.
• →Use of headphones is discouraged for safety reasons.
• →All participants must wear their bib visibly.

How is timing and results handled?

• →Chip timing is used from the start line to the finish line.
• →Gun time is utilized to determine the top finishers.
• →Official results are typically available 1–2 days after the race.
• →A downloadable finisher certificate is provided.

What awards and prizes are offered?

• →42KM & 21KM: Medals and cash prizes for the Top 10 local and Top 5 international male and female finishers.
• →10KM & 5KM: Medals and cash prizes for the Top 5 male and female finishers.
• →Special Opportunity: 42KM age group winners may qualify for a slot in the TCS Sydney Marathon (entry only; expenses are not included).
