Who can participate in this event?

The event welcomes participants of all ages and paces. Runners under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a guardian.

What is the race schedule and wave information?

The event utilizes a wave start system to manage participant flow:

• →Wave A: 7:30 AM
• →Wave B: 8:00 AM
• →Wave C: 8:30 AM

Late runners may join upon arrival, as coordinators remain on-site for three hours after the first wave begins. Participants can email their preferred wave to the organizers.

What is included with registration?

All participants receive the following:

• →A running T-shirt (shipped to US addresses during the week of the race)
• →A finisher's towel or giveaway

Note: A technical shirt upgrade is available for an additional $5.

How is the race timed?

This is a stress-free event that does not use timing chips or specialized equipment. Timing is handled optionally via personal apps such as Strava or through the event coordinators.

How does packet pickup work?

There is no traditional packet pickup for this event. All swag is shipped directly to participants, and race bibs are provided on-site at the venue.

What happens if the event sells out?

In the event that the capped waves sell out, a virtual option or a waitlist may be made available. For those who sign up last minute, please note that the event T-shirt may arrive after the race has concluded.

Where can I find the course map?

A detailed course map is emailed to participants as part of the final race update on the Wednesday before the event. Directions to the venue can be found on Runsignup ↗.
