What is the hydration policy for this event?
This is a cupless race, meaning participants must bring their own water bottle or hydration pack. No disposable cups are provided on the course. For the 10 Mile, there are four water/Tailwind Nutrition hydration stations, with snacks and food available at one aid station. For the 5K, there is one water station at the halfway mark at the wash.
