What race distances are being offered?

• →Kids Fun Run: 1-mile course on the same trail system

What is the course terrain like?

The Sandridge Trail is a mixed-terrain, non-technical trail. It is characterized as being flat-ish and wide, making it accessible for both runners and walkers of all abilities.

What hydration and nutrition rules apply to runners?

This is a cupless race. Participants must bring their own hydration method, such as a hydration pack or a handheld bottle, as no paper cups will be provided at the aid stations.

What aid stations are available and what do they provide?

• →Main Aid Station: Located to serve all distances (½ Marathon, 14k, 7k, and Kids run) with water, electrolytes, and standard snacks/food.
• →½ Marathon Secondary Aid Station: Located approximately halfway through each 6.65-mile loop.

What food and beverages are provided at the event?

• →Food: Free for all runners and volunteers, featuring hot food cooked on a Blackstone grill, including the race director's signature chorizo and egg burritos.
• →Beverages: Only non-alcoholic drinks are provided, in compliance with Florida State Forest regulations. Alcohol is strictly prohibited.

What awards and medals are given to participants?

• →Competitive Awards: Categories include Overall (top 3 finishers), Master’s (age 40+), and Grand Master’s.
