When does the main marathon take place and what is the time limit?

The main marathon begins on Sunday, May 3, 2026, at 6:30 a.m. There is a 7-hour time limit for finishers, which equates to a 16:00 min/mile pace.

What is the course layout for the marathon?

The course is run entirely on paved streets and bridges, starting and finishing in downtown Cincinnati at Vine St. and Mehring Way. The route crosses into Kentucky via the Taylor Southgate and Clay Wade Bailey Bridges and travels through several neighborhoods, including:
