2026 Skunk Ape 100 Mile Endurance Run
The 2026 Skunk Ape 100 Mile Endurance Run takes place on April 25–26, 2026, starting and finishing at the Santos Trailhead within the Marjorie Harris Carr Cross Florida Greenway in Ocala, Florida. Participants will navigate a challenging course of single-track trails and paved sections through Central Florida's diverse landscapes, including sand pine scrubs, flatwoods, and wildlife management areas. The event features a 50-mile out-and-back course that 100-mile runners complete twice. The route utilizes the Florida National Scenic Trail and paved trails within the Marjorie Harris Carr Cross Florida Greenway, traversing sand pine scrubs, pine flatwoods, longleaf pines, lakes, ponds, prairies, and riverine hardwoods. The course includes the Ross Prairie Wildlife Management Area, featuring the highest most southern switchback in the United States. Trail surfaces include single-track trail, sand, roots, short climbs, and paved sections. Total elevation gain for the 100-mile distance is approximately 3,124 feet.

The 2026 Skunk Ape Trail Series includes the Skunk Ape's Revenge, the Skunk Ape 100 Mile, the Skunk Ape Night Run, and the Wild Boar Night Run. Completing all four events earns participants a 2026 Jacket.
