Where exactly does the race take place?
The event is set entirely within First Landing State Park, specifically starting and finishing at the boat ramp side of the Narrows (225 64th St., Virginia Beach, VA). The course traverses nine distinct trails: Long Creek, White Hill Lake, Cape Henry, Kingfisher, Fox Run, High Dune, Bald Cypress, Osmanthus, and Osprey.
What is the time limit for the event?
Both the 60K and 30K distances have a 10-hour time limit.
What amenities and aid stations are provided?
There are three aid stations located at the following intersections:

- →Cape Henry / Kingfisher
- →Cape Henry (near the trail center)
The longest gap between aid stations is 5 miles. Stations are stocked with Tailwind, water, soda, gels, and pickle juice, as well as food options including PB&J sandwiches, chips, bacon, potatoes, and cheese quesadillas.
Is this a cupless race?
Yes, this is a cupless race. Each entrant will receive a custom 200ml collapsible SpeedCup.
Are there any awards for finishers?
All participants who complete their chosen distance within the 10-hour cutoff will receive a custom finisher award.
