What are the course details?

The course consists of marked single-track trails within Settlers Cabin Park featuring hills, roots, mud, and natural terrain with minimal road crossings. Runners must follow the blazes, as the direction of travel may change during the race. Please note that distance changes during the race are not permitted.

What aid stations are provided?

  • Main Aid Station (Start/Finish): Supported by North Park Trail Runners. Provides water, electrolyte drinks, PB&J, chips, pretzels, candy, salt tabs, and trail snacks (no gel guarantee).
  • Halfway Aid Station: Supported by Audrey Burgoon of Urban Impact. Provides water, electrolyte drinks, and homemade trail foods.
  • Personal Aid: 50 Mile runners may access their vehicles every lap. 30K and 50K runners may set up a small personal aid area near the start/finish line.

What awards and swag are included?

  • All registrants receive custom technical running socks.
  • All finishers receive hand-crafted finisher awards based on their registered distance.
  • Awards are presented to the top Male and Female finishers for each distance.

Is there food available for participants and families?

A post-race cookout begins around 3:00–4:00 PM for runners, crews, and families. The menu includes hamburgers, hot dogs, vegetarian options, picnic sides, and cold beverages (beer available for those 21+).

What are the general race rules?

  • No littering.
  • No whining.
  • Respect fellow runners, volunteers, and park users.
  • All participants must exit the park by sunset.
