What distances are offered and when do they start?

  • 10K starting at 8:30 AM
  • Half Marathon starting at 8:00 AM
  • 35K starting at 7:30 AM
  • 50K starting at 7:30 AM

What is the time limit for the longer distances?

  • The 35K and 50K races have a 9-hour time limit, requiring all participants to be off the course by 4:30 PM.

What is the schedule for bib pickup?

  • Early bib pickup: Friday, June 19, from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Fleet Feet Monterey.
  • Race morning pickup: Saturday, June 20, from 6:30 AM to 8:30 AM at Fort Ord Day Camp.

What is the aid station policy regarding hydration?

  • This is a cupless event; runners must carry their own bottle or reusable cup.
  • Reusable cups are available for purchase for $5 and flasks for $12.
  • It is recommended to carry at least a 20oz bottle due to varying distances between aid stations.

What supplies are provided at the aid stations?

  • Hydration and nutrition include water, Skratch Labs mix (80 cal/serving), Gu products, trail mix, PB&J, fruit, Coke, Pickle Juice, and salt tabs.
  • First aid is available, but please note that no anti-inflammatories are provided.

What is included with registration?

  • A tri-blend performance tee with UPF 30 and moisture-wicking properties is guaranteed for those who register by June 6, 2026.
  • All finishers receive a medal.
  • 50K finishers receive a specific 50K pint glass.

What awards are presented?

  • Top 3 overall Male and Female: Trophies.
  • Top Male and Female: Special items.
  • Age-group medals (3 deep) for categories: 13-under, 14-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70+.
  • Awards are available for Male, Female, and Non-binary participants.
  • A DLF award is also presented.

What is the refund and cancellation policy?

  • All registrations are non-refundable.
  • If you cancel at least 3 weeks prior to the event, you may receive a 50% credit valid for one year.
  • No credits or transfers are permitted within 3 weeks of the race, regardless of injury or emergency.
  • The race will not be canceled due to rain or heat; however, course changes may occur without refunds.

  • Roles include setup, aid station support, marshaling, and timing.
  • Volunteers receive a free shirt, food, and credit toward future races.
