2026 Falcon 50

The 2026 Falcon 50 takes place on Saturday, April 25, 2026, at the United States Air Force Academy Reservation in Colorado Springs, Colorado. What are the ruck requirements for military divisions?

• →Minimum 35 lbs of weight for non-consumption purposes (weighted plates or equivalent) for Military Heavy and Military Half-Heavy
• →Ruck weigh-in will occur a few days before the event

• →Aid stations positioned approximately every 4–5 miles, stocked with water, Gatorade, and snacks
