What distances are available for this event?

• →Marathon (42.2km): A point-to-point road course starting at Crysler Park Marina and finishing at St. Lawrence College.
• →Half-Marathon (21.1km): An out-and-back road course starting and finishing at St. Lawrence College.
• →10km: An out-and-back road course starting and finishing at St. Lawrence College.
• →5km: A partial out-and-back road course starting and finishing at St. Lawrence College.

What is the event schedule for race day?

• →5:45 AM: First bus departs St. Lawrence College for the Marathon start line.
• →6:00 AM: Last bus departs St. Lawrence College for the Marathon start line.
• →7:00 AM: Marathon start at Crysler Park Marina.
• →9:00 AM: Half-Marathon start at St. Lawrence College.
• →10:00 AM: 10km and 5km starts at St. Lawrence College.
• →11:00 AM: Awards Ceremony at St. Lawrence College.
• →1:00 PM: Finish line closes.

What are the course rules and requirements?

• →Marathon runners must complete the full certified route to be eligible for Boston Marathon qualification.
• →On the Long Sault Parkway, runners must stay on the left-side shoulder and are not permitted to cross the road.
• →On shared recreation pathways, runners must keep to the right-hand side.
• →Aid stations may only be used at official locations; collecting aid outside of official stations is prohibited except for medical reasons.
• →Strollers and pets are not permitted on the race course.

What is included with registration?

• →A finisher's medal for all participants who complete their chosen distance.
• →A commemorative t-shirt and event swag for all participants.

What awards are presented?

• →Top 3 male and female awards are presented for each of the four race distances.

Are there specific cut-off times for the races?

• →Marathon: 6-hour cut-off (runners arriving at the halfway mark after 10:00 AM will receive a half-marathon time).
• →Half-Marathon: 4-hour cut-off.
• →10km and 5km: The finish line closes at 1:00 PM.

Where and when can race kits be picked up?

• →Marathon Runners:

• Thursday, April 24: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM at Best Western Cornwall.

• Friday, April 25: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM at Best Western Cornwall.

• Note: There is no race-day kit pickup for marathon runners.

• →Half-Marathon, 10km, and 5km Runners:

• Thursday, April 24: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM at Best Western Cornwall.

• Friday, April 25: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM at Best Western Cornwall.

• Race Day: From 7:00 AM at the St. Lawrence College race site.
