What are the course rules and requirements?
- →Marathon runners must complete the full certified route to be eligible for Boston Marathon qualification.
- →On the Long Sault Parkway, runners must stay on the left-side shoulder and are not permitted to cross the road.
- →On shared recreation pathways, runners must keep to the right-hand side.
- →Aid stations may only be used at official locations; collecting aid outside of official stations is prohibited except for medical reasons.
- →Strollers and pets are not permitted on the race course.
