• →5km: A partial out-and-back road course starting and finishing at St. Lawrence College.

• →5:45 AM: First bus departs St. Lawrence College for the Marathon start line.
• →6:00 AM: Last bus departs St. Lawrence College for the Marathon start line.
• →7:00 AM: Marathon start at Crysler Park Marina.
• →9:00 AM: Half-Marathon start at St. Lawrence College.
• →10:00 AM: 10km and 5km starts at St. Lawrence College.

What are the course rules and requirements?

• →Marathon runners must complete the full certified route to be eligible for Boston Marathon qualification.
• →On the Long Sault Parkway, runners must stay on the left-side shoulder and are not permitted to cross the road.
• →On shared recreation pathways, runners must keep to the right-hand side.
• →Aid stations may only be used at official locations; collecting aid outside of official stations is prohibited except for medical reasons.
• →Strollers and pets are not permitted on the race course.
