Multiple aid stations are located along the course. The remote "Lost-n-Found" station offers limited supplies, including water, Gatorade, SaltStick, and first aid. Other aid stations provide full support, including water, electrolyte drinks, fruit, PB&J sandwiches, chips, cookies, soda, pickles, pickle juice, and first aid supplies.
What are the rules regarding pacers and running with others?
No pacers are allowed during the event. Participants who run with unregistered individuals will be disqualified.
Where can drop bags be placed?
Drop bags are permitted only at the start/finish area. They are not delivered to remote aid stations.
