The course includes rugged and scenic singletrack trails mixed with gravel road sections. The 50 Miler includes an out-and-back to Capitol Peak, while the 25K includes a shorter route with two aid stations. Course modifications may occur due to the working forest environment.

What are the cut-off times?

Overall cutoff time for both distances is 8:00 PM (14 hours for the 50 Miler). For the 50 Miler, intermediate cutoffs are at Mile 27 (1:30 PM) and Mile 42 (5:30 PM). Runners who miss an aid station cutoff will be asked to drop and return to the start/finish.

Are drop bags available?

Drop bags are available for the 50 Miler at three locations: Fall Creek, Capitol Peak, and Wedekind. Participants must label their drop bags clearly.

Are dogs allowed?

Dogs are welcome at the start/finish and on the course, but must be on a leash.

Is camping available?

Camping is available at the Falls Creek Campground near the start, on Friday night only. A Discover Pass is required, but no registration is needed.

Registration includes access to the event, aid stations, and the race course. Participants are responsible for their own nutrition and hydration, with the first aid station for the 50 Miler being water-only with minimal food.

Are there any restrictions on race participation?
