2026 Bigfoot Endurance 5 and 10 Mile Trail Race
Bigfoot Endurance 5 & 10 Mile Trail Race will take place on March 1, 2026, at Rockburn Branch Park, located at 6105 Rockburn Branch Park Road in Elkridge, Maryland. The event will begin at 9:00 AM on a course that includes packed gravel, natural surface trails, and small paved sections, offering a mix of trail and terrain suitable for runners of all skill levels. The race will be held entirely within the park, with the start and finish line situated on a gravel path between the playground and pavilion. On the day of the event, participants can expect partly cloudy conditions with temperatures ranging between 36°F and 44°F, with light winds and no precipitation expected. Runners will have the opportunity to complete either a 5-mile or 10-mile course, with the 10-mile race requiring two loops of the 5-mile route. A special feature of the course is the Ribbon Trail, which honors individuals living with or affected by Parkinson’s Disease. Additional amenities include water stations, timing via bib tags, and post-race perks such as beer coupons and finisher medals.
